Motivation through changeThe motivation for learning among students by changing relational and pedagogical approaches for teachers is a real solution to the problem of high absenteeism and obvious tendency of early school leaving shown by the students of Zaharia Stancu school, Rosiorii de Vede. And this is intended to be done by the mobility of European Project for educational purposes Erasmus + KA-1.The immediate cause is the lack of motivation and desire for learning for the students, their poor presence at school is due to the fact that school is unattractive and uninteresting. The number of absents show that teachers do not succed in making students come and stay in school, low results in school(quitting school) show that the way teachers do their job doesnt help students learn. It takes something in the work of teachers, school management, relationship with the students, parents, legal guardians(students who come from single parent families, raised by grandparents, socially asisted) to change for the better. We believe that the first agents of change are the teachers, through everything they do in school, and how they perform in relation to students: a different school, with different teachers who teach and evaluate, discuss and approach students in a different way. The way to do this can be by taking part in the mobilities of learning of the Erasmus +project, by the principle of representativeness, equal opportunities and gender, in a transparent and involved way.Taking part in the European mobility project will mean the participation of 11 teachers in the fields of management, science, physical education and arts, language and communication, primary education with the following objectives:- the elaboration and implementation of a medium term development strategy and long school organization on reducing school absenteeism at the end of European mobility, using best practices acquired.- to make school more attractive: the use, at the end of the project, in the current activities of the class, of interactive teaching methods and tools, dynamic, attractive, friendly in a proportion twice higher than at the beginning of the project.- school counseling( as a teacher or pedagogue) and approaching students in situations of high absenteeism and the tendency of early school leaving, but for other students to prevent these phenomena, with the objective to reduce absenteeism and trends of early school leaving among students by 40% at the end of the project.Selection of participants will be made among teaching staff and school management, their profile is chosen according to directions identified to be developed and the criteria for selection will consist of expertise, professional skills/personal experience in project participation and partnerships, inter- networking/communication in a foreign language, availability and involvement in project activities and achieve results due to the activities carried out in schools through the project to achieve its goals, and the effects are immediate and visible, with the possibility to be continued and transferred in other educational contexts. The expected impact of participating in European Project Mobility will consist of realisation of school and extraschool educational program with special tools for students in situations of vulnerability mentioned (reducing the number of absences, eradication trends early school leaving, motivation learning, school results improved graduate high national assessments in perspective), changes in respect of other pupils (positive attitude, openness and inclusion, communication and networking, valorisation). These results will be disseminated / will affect the teachers in their dealings with students, parents and the community, local authorities in terms of perception of the image of the school, the teaching work, involvement, support and collaboration in the Partnership School -Students - Parents - Community.
