The motivation for the preparation and realization of this project was the attempt to improve the educational process of teaching foreign languages by introducing new innovating methods and procedures which should have impact on increasing motivation of nurse assistant students to learn a foreign language, to increase their language competences and at the same time their chances in a work market, especially abroad. We try to get the target of the project due to two foreign language teachers taking part in educational language courses abroad. The partner organization ETI Malta was chosen on the detail survey of possibilities of providing such courses. The information was also obtained from the participants of similar courses organized by this educational agency. The main targets of the project:1. To take part in two educational courses for English language teachers. the course No 1 - Innovative methods in English language lessons(31 July - 11 August 2017) - one teacherthe course No 2 - Information and communication technologies in English language lessons(7 August - 18 August 2017) -one teacher2. To make possible for the participants of mobility to gain new methods and procedures which can be used in foreign language teaching.3. To increase the motivation of nurse assistant students to learn a foreign language for better opportunities to work also in health facilities in the countries of the European Union.4. To fulfill the strategic school planThe activities within the ambit of the project:- communication with the educational agency ETI Malta- planning of educational activities for the participants of mobility- realization of educational activities- monitoring of the process of the project- evaluation of the project and applying the results in the development of the school and self-development of the teachers.The educational activities are planned for 12 days with a detail schedule of particular days.Possibilities of spending free time doing cultural activities which help to get to know culture and customs of the country are also planned.Informal meetings with other participants of education which contribute to internationalism. will also take place.The results of the project:- participation in educational courses abroad by two foreign language teachers- adopting new educational methods and procedures in education- starting international cooperation with the participants and teachers of the education- improvement of educational process and increasing of students’ motivation for learning foreign languages- increasing the quality and evaluation of the school- publishing articles about the results of the project in the regional newspapers and on the school website- organising lectures and workshops.The impacts of the project:- increasing the nurse assistant students’ motivation in foreign language teaching- improving language competences of nurse assistant students- increasing chances in a work market in health facilities in the countries of the European Union- improving the quality and evaluation of the school by modernizing of educational process- promoting and making the school more competitive
