This project will provide local authorities, farmers, landowners, landscape architects and designers, developers, highway planners and managers, nurseries and organisations representing the environment with a 'Best Knowledge' Booklet (UK) and Pamphlets (France) for creating biodiversity rich woodlands on agricultural land and transport corridors. The complementary literature reflects the way information would be most favourably received in the two countries regarding the fact that national 'technical' literature about forestry is already available on the French side.It will also provide access to demonstration 'woodlands for wildlife' in Kent/East Sussex, and Nord Pas de Calais/Picardie. Through the establishment of a cross border network, this information will be distributed widely across the region, to all those concerned with biodiversity in new woodlands.
