BASIC INFORMATION: ACTIVITY DATES: from 20/05/2015 to 28/05/2015 APV: from 02/05/2015 to 04/05/2015 LOCATION: Collesano (PA), Sicily, Italy TEAM NUMBER: 5 Participants (age 18-30) + 1 leader per country DESCRIPTION OF THE EXCHANGE: - WORKSHOP ON UNEMPLOYMENT AND EMPLOYMENT Through the activities of the workshop to be produced of the analysis / comparison and production of solutions regarding the issue of unemployment and access to employment for young people in Europe . - GROUP AWARENESS ON YOUTH UNEMPLOYMENT AND THE POSSIBILITY ' OF ENTRY WORK It intends to implement a path group in order to create a space for reflection and sharing on youth unemployment in the various countries , deepening as subjectively participants live their condition of young projected into a world of work more and more closed , structured and competitive and how they cope psychologically these difficulties . This activity is designed to allow a high level of introspection of the participants and through it will be possible to analyze in depth their aptitudes identity . - VISITS Through the visit of some key areas of the city the group has the opportunity to increase their cohesion and at the same time , visitors can learn more about the context in which the activities in the project . - DINNER Intercultural Through intercultural dinner , which will be properly prepared by the participants , they will share the cultural aspects of their culture and food and to know those from a culture and a different context , of course, to increase the intensity of mutual relations within the group same . TOPIC: Gender Equality, equal opportunities, youth participation, youth work and communication skills. WORKING LANGUAGE: English GOAL: With the project MORE WORK FOR YOUNG PEOPLE the association Controtendenza aims to involve young people from different European countries with the aim of addressing the issue of youth unemployment in Europe, access to the labor market and the consequential difficulties in reaching their expectations. The idea is to start sharing documents produced by the young people of the various partner countries on possible solutions to youth unemployment and then get to debate and confrontation among European youth reality in order to analyze the problem of unemployment and access to world of work in Europe.
