There will be frontal lectures and theoretical information where participants will develop their knowledge and understanding about psychology of youth, get information about prevention work and try to find the roots of the problem, using non-formal education methods. The main part will be delivered in the form of practical sessions, where the participants will have possibilities to explore the positive effects of outdoor activities, living in natural conditions and sport (such as camping, climbing etc.) and will understand that it is more than a game. Camping, hiking, climbing… will be implemented by the professionals. They will take care of creating a supportive and safe learning environment, where participants are encouraged and coached while mastering challenges that contribute to their personal, professional and organizational development. During the project the participants will create the strategic plan and ToolBox of methods, These materials they will use for future cooperation, which will be tangible results of the project. Besides, we look forward for changed attitudes, broader understanding and readiness for acting (helping and supporting other young people within the social work) by our direct participants within their organizations or communities in the long-term perspective.
