Specifically, our project will involve 15 students in Intermediate Vocational Training Centre of our specialties: Electromechanical Technician Vehicle Technician, Consumer Electronics Equipment and Technical Microcomputer Systems and Networks. The goal we seek to mobility of our students is to increase the quality of our training programs in vocational training to enable our students to enter the labor market and enhance the attractiveness of vocational training in the specialties offered at our Center. Thus, we aim to contribute to building a European level in the field of vocational training. The purpose and impact we seek to mobility of our students is increasing the employability of our students through the development of key competencies required by the current job market. These can be listed as the: 1. Increased professional specialization 2. Improvement of Languages 3. Awareness of the European labor market 4. Promoting continuous updating and professional advancement 5. Personal development: better knowledge of Europe, development of autonomy and self-esteem
