The Training Course “MAP - More Action Please!" held in Alcamo, Italy, in March 2015 gathered 22 participants from 11 countries and 11 organizations. This TC aimed to empower youth workers, youth leaders, volunteers, activists in NGO with competences and skills usesful for leading international youth projects. Through NFE and Informal Education participants had chance to plan and organize thematic workshops and activities as well as games, with the aim to know and learn from each-other new methods for the implementation of youth international project, and to improve as well, the quality of project within Erasmus+ - KA1. Non-formal methods were also used for build a cohesive working group and set a successful cooperation. Activities such as role playing, brainstorming, simulation and workshops have encouraged their sense of initiative, entrepreneurship and active citizenship. Self-reflection and evaluation moments have fostered participants' understanding of their own skills and abilities. The project More Action Please involved also young people with fewer opportunities, economic difficulties and different social background.
