The project initiators selected the title "UNDER ON IN-NOVATIVE!" to reflect the huge amount of innovations that surrounds us and to stress the their impact on our lives. The project coordinator in collaboration with youth organisation leaders from Estonia, Poland, Iceland, Turkey, Lithuania and field experts (Lithuanian business companies that were awarded for their innovativeness) helped to raise awareness of innovations management and learn how to solve problems that appears in youth organisations' lives (communication, production, services, social activities, etc.). Participants from 5 different countries partcipated in various workshops, visited Lithuanian company awarded for innovativity, also organised the creativity session for local youngsters of the small town.
