The school has a clear future vision – to become a miniature of the democratic state. That can be achieved by exploiting school‘s intelectual and material resources by creating a modern, safe and accessible to everybody educational environment. The goal of the modern school is to meet the individual needs of each child, focus on students‘ learning, to ensure the children's activity and motivation, in conjunction with the student‘s experience, practical needs. Partnership at international level allowed the school to pursue for more effective strategic management, to create more favourable emotional climate in the school. The school initiated and trialed the educational models, inovative forms of education for incourage creativity of gifted pupils, EBD, SEN pupils. According to the material possibilities applied, updated, educational environments. 9 teachers were involved in the project, which took place after the mobilumus once. Administration representatives involved school‘s self-government authorities to the initiation and implementation and continued to promote school leadership of the education process, by creating the modern educational environments to meet the needs of students, ensureing the safety of pupils and equal opportunities. Joined school‘s members efforts in developing and implementing the educational models for EBD, SEN pupils. Teachers participating in the project facilitated exchanges of experience between schools how adapt school‘s enviroments for students‘ educational needs. Disseminated good practice to improve the linguistic competence. The participants improved the quality of the experience gain by using enriching innovations in the educational process. The methodology of the project: supervisions, surveys in IQES online platform, interviews - debates, "the trouble tree", learning Diary, intervisions, monitoring. Project Management: activity planning, preparation for mobility, intermediate project‘s quality assessment, communication and scafter of informatikon, evaluation of the results , the continuity of activities. Project coordinator was responsible for the management of the project. The school‘s headmaster monitored and supervised the Project. The planned results were achieved: was created a model of the individual needs of pupils, created innovative school‘s educational spaces. Was inpruved the participants competences fo enhance the education proces, created the project website, prepared methodological recommendations as to meet the individual needs of pupils. The impact and benefits: inpruved the participants competences of management of education process, meeted the needs of individual students, established cooperation with the teachers of eTwinning platform debates. Was acquired more knowledge about other culture, traditions, the education system, improved the management of personal success. The participants as mentors transmited their experience for young and/or lower qualification colleques.
