A group of students learning in sectors of catering and cooking, confectionary ,hotel and tourism, photography and advertising will take part in the project 'My experience today is my asset in the future’ implemented by Zespół Szkół Usługowo-Hotelarskich i Gastronomicznych in Przemyśl. This will be their first time on training abroad. The main aims of three-week mobilities in Ireland is to gain work experience, improve qualifications especially in the field of modern technologies and working techniques, increasing mobility and chances of getting and maintaining a job in difficult local, national and European markets. Moreover, students are to improve their knowledge of English, including vocational language and make new international contacts. The other important issues during the project are emphasizing the role of constant studying, upskilling and personal development on the way to professional success. Participants will have training in local companies which will be confirmed by certificates, references from employers, Mobility Pass and Europass CV. Students will be accommodated with Irish families which will enrich their experience even more. The main assumption of the project is using theoretical knowledge in practice and learning in specific vocational environment.As part of the dissemination process students will present the skills that they gained during the Open Day in the school and the official event summarising the project. Moreover, a photography exhibition "Training in Ireland", culinary presentation "Tastes of Ireland", the second part of the Guidebook to Ireland and advertising gadgets will also be prepared by the participants. Thanks to participation in the project the students will gain new vocational and personal skills which will ensure better start in adult life.
