The project "My job - My future" implies participation in professional practices of student and teachers from Zespół Szkół Gastronomiczno-Hotelarskich im. Janka Bytnara "Rudego" in Kalisz. The target group of the project will be the students studying to become : a nutrition and food service technician, a hospitality management technician, a waiter. In total, teachers and 60 students (4 groups, 15 person each) in second and third grade will take part in this project. The main objective of the assignment is the need to develop practical skills of students with regard to the high language competence of the learners and the need to prepare them for labor market. 60 participants are expected to gain practical skills that will be certified with (Europass) - Mobility certificate, the certificate will be obtained by the employer. We also expect our trainees to improve the organizational and social competence and to increase adaptive skills, knowledge of the specifics of the German labor market, preparing to work in a multicultural environment and on other European markets. In addition, we expect the internal changes in participants, more responsibility, dutifulness and changes in the approach to develop their own skills. Skills acquired during practice in Germany will increase the competitiveness of the trainees as future graduates on the local, national labor market and make it easier for them to seek employment or start their own business ZSGH provides high standard of teaching. The project "My job - My future" results from the analysis of the processes taking place on the labor market, where professional experience in foregin country and a high level of professional training are required. The project enables young people and workers to develop professional, language and intercultural skills. The exchange of experience will be used to create a strong base of professionals with vocational education which will contribute to achieving the objectives of The Lisbon Strategy, as well as the Copenhagen Declaration. The project will also have a positive effect on the growth of labor mobility, which is important for the economic and social integration of Europe. The absolwents will have a chance to find job in the EU. Our foreign partner will be BBV Eberswalde German, which has many years of experience in organizing work placements for students. We plan to start the project at the begining of school year 2015/2016 and complete it by the end of school year 2016/2017.
