Project "My agro practice" it is taken with Agricultural Chamber in Opole in cooperation with the Zespoł Szkół in Komorno.The project was divided in 2 parts. Pupils will go for the first practice oneself in the Czech Republic in June 2017 in Opava, and second in Greece in Preveza on the family Eleni Andronikidu farm in October 20172 groups will take part in practice for 13 students of the technical vocational School of the Mechanization of the Farming and 2 accompanying persons. Duration of the practice - two weeks. Practice will take place in agricultural farm which are dealing with the vegetable growing and of fruits, completing other local products, mainly olives and wine.Participants in the project will take part at works during vegetable growings, will learn about typical Greek / Czech cultivations, new technologies, devices, manners of irrigation, set, cultivation of the soil with applying heavy equipment, sale, marketing of smallholdings, as well as with principles of the environmental protection in the type get to know of the farming. Staying on the practice pupils uninterruptedly will be keeping the register of the course of traineeship of the daily newspaper which will be prepared in cooperation with the manager trainings and with a headmaster. Created ECVET learning units called "Growing of vegetables and fruit" and "Operating machinery and equipment" through clearly defined procedures, provide the necessary quality of practice, hence their inclusion in assessment practice would be appropriate and justified. For participants the project has a great importance not only on account of motivation for the favourable professional development and personal, but through personal experience associated with the foreign transport in a foreign language will also influence their professional future.A department of the organic farming is a department requiring the excellent planning, innovations and originalities. And our pupils will also be learning it during practice. Comparing the gained knowledge in the school with the knowledge acquired on practice and connecting the theory with the practice will be bearing fruit with raising the awareness of young farmers and will raise their self-assessment and highly will boost confidence of them.The improvement of language skills will increase their competitiveness on the labour market and will give the possibility for keeping up with the agricultural subject matter not only in the his mother tongue but also in English.We also expect the growth of an interest in the learning, and the environment will receive the bright signal about new undertakings of the school.The Farming Chamber will gain new design partners at the completion of their undertakings in the future but above all recognizing farmers rapidly will gain the organ supporting young provincial agricultural staffs. Additionally representatives of the Chamber will be able to confront many fields associated with the farming of countries, of EU members.
