The project aims is to motivate teachers to creative and proactive approach to implementing the changes that we want to start at the school. We are a small rural school with 13 teaching staff. During the project we want to enable all teachers to start their own process of self-realization, each teacher will be involved in the process coach with who he develop a plan of self-development, portfolio of their education, with the support of a coach will address the application of acquired competences in the learning process at the sending school. Our project partner is school's training center Chaloupky from the Czech Republic. Teachers will attend two courses to develop competencies in called environmental education and learning in the school garden. The school will attend in the course for managers, management, leadership. During the project, each of the teachers do the job shadowing in the partner schools , which cooperate with the Centre Chaloupky and have a school gardens. Scheduled activities are to make a difference. School management to acquire new skills in management, leadership and management and their application in the school environment. Teachers will learn new methods of instruction for all subjects using natural elements in the school garden. This will bring innovative features into learning using natural elements and their connections to modern ICT (eg. eTwinnig, camera work, video production ...) and improving the motivation of teachers to the development and implementation of changes, support their initiative, enterprise and creativity. What effect at the definitive contribution to climate campus for learning natural garden, constructed with elements usable in the learning process.
