The project "Prudnik Mobile - foreign internships as an opening for new career opportunities for students of the Medical School in Prudnik" will be implemented for students of Medical School in Prudnik together with partners from Italy and Germany in the period 01.06.2016 - 31.12.2017 r.The project will be attended by 50 students and listeners school:- 10 people - the techniques of masseur (Bologna, Italy)- 25 people - the orthopedic technician (Berlin, Germany)- 5 people - the workshop therapist (Berlin, Germany)- 5 people - the medical caregiver (Berlin, Germany)- 5 people - the babysitter (Berlin, Germany)The main objective of the project is professional development of the school's students with providing them with the opportunity to acquire new skills and increase their employability through skills, development cooperation and skilful understanding of the international market, together with raising the practical level of their profession.Specific objectives adopted for this project are:a) to increase practical work experience (in the direction of education)b) to raise knowledge of best practices and techniques for working in the profession, operating in intl. companies and institutions.c) to increase language skills (including customer service intl. and cooperation in international team)d) to increase intercultural competence (in particular the cooperation in a team and maintaining good relations in the workplace)e) to increase independence and mobility (openness to new environment, ability to function under different conditions)f) to enchance development of entrepreneurship and creativity (including learning services markets in the host countriesThe project involves the preparation, implementation and evaluation practices, including a workshop on the skills gained from mobility in planning of further professional development.The project aims to support education by our school specialists in various professions in the medical field, to let them learn new skills and to get some experience in the solutions used abroad. It can be useful for regional labor market as well as used in the activities of local businesses and institutions. Moreover, it can favor establishing partnerships with educational institutions, institutions and companies in the medical industry in the partner countries.
