This project is necessary for the development of professional skills of young people at ZS Wolbórz in the context of future employment in the local market and European market.The main objective of the project is to improve the attractiveness and quality of vocational education at Wolbórz ZS youth by organizing internships and internships abroad in line with the directions of vocational training and labor market needs. This will be achieved by allowing 51 students of ZS Wolbórz, enrolled in the competition : logistics technicians , technician hotelier , technician of car mechanics to hold the monthly practices / professional internships in enterprises in the UK. The intended effects of the project will be :-getting additional qualifications ( in ares Apted ) , skills and experience confirmed by appropriate documents (certificates, the Europass Mobility )-improving educational offer for the above-mentioned profiles at ZS Wolbórz . -Increase awareness of the need to learn throughout life-Reduce risk of social exclusion due to lack of work after graduation- Equal educational opportunities for young people from rural areas-getting of key competencies in foreign languages, including industrial vocabulary- Greater motivation of students to learn-Increase the number of well-educated professionals on the local labor market-increasing awareness among young people about the necessity of a lifelong learning - growth education of young people from rural areas ( equal opportunities )-interesting other students to invest in their own skills and knowledge and finding new ways to develop their skills and experience-Increase the prestige of the school as an educational establishment with modern types of teachingThe main objective and the intended effects resulting from perceived in this direction needs of the local community , employers and also signaled by the students themselves .The main and most important activity in the project will be a combination of theoretical training and learning in the workplace in a Apted qualification, which combine theoretical knowledge with practical activities of a union in a particular workplace.Conducted in the third quarter of 2015 diagnoses of competencies both key and professional of ZS Wolbórz’s students, pointed out some important conclusions for school work in the context of vocational training :-In Vocational , there is a necessity of continuous changes that keep pace for booming labor market.-there is a lack of effective system solutions that would offset the gaps between education and market requirements-Lack Of effective financial instruments for schools to attract the qualified personnel of technical-engineering as well as old fashioned equipment and facilities are not in favor of improving the level of educationOpportunities for school to improve vocational training are:-Step by step modification implemented in school curricula includes training in key competences,-Conducting Systematic diagnosis of the level of knowledge and skills of students, providing continuous monitoring for learning outcomes in competencies both key and professional,-Starting up activities to motivate students for further education, pointing out that there is a relation between mastering the key competences and better opportunities for employment,-Developing at pupils’ minds widely understood entrepreneurship by teaching them creative thinking, how to plan their careers, develop interpersonal skills and effective self-presentation,-Analyzing local and nationwide job market aiming at adjusting school’s educational offer-Improving the involvement of employers in raising the professional skills of students through their interest in cooperating with the school, promoting the best students, enabling apprenticeships, including abroad apprenticeship, participating in projects that improve skills and develop competences. Due to the rapidly changing labor market, declining indicators of demographic trends and increasing globalization, all activities aimed at vocational education and training of key competencies take on a special significance. This are the main features that will determine the future of the school.
