The project wias participated by teachers of general subjects who are especially interested in gaining knowledge and skills in the field of: - using IT in education - e-learning lessons and courses - working with special needs students - teaching culture at school We planned to take part in the training courses abroad during 3 different mobilities. The first group participated in the course organised by Istituto Tecnico Industriale Statale Galileo Galilei in Viareggio in Italy - our partner is an experienced institution in an international projects Leonardo da Vinci (host institution for placement of students), courses for youth and adults. The second group w participated in the course in Paris organised by Elfe, école de langue française - train ing centr for children, youth and adults with 17 years’ experience in the field of language education. ELFE has a 4 year experience as a Comenius/Grundtvig in service training courses provider. The last group went to Pietrasanta in Italy where they were trained in Istituto di Istruzione Superiore Don Lazzeri which cooperate with cultural organisations in the area of Versilia - the city of Pietrasanta is an important cultural center in Tuscany. Our project contributed to improvement of the quality at school - the skills of teachers acquired during mobilities influence the high quality of educational service offered by our school - our teachers use new technologies at work, they solve problems working with students - with their behaviour and intelectual deficiency and they implement new notions related to our culture and the culture of another countries.
