The project will enable students of Technical College no 6 at ZSTiO named after S.Żeromski in Częstochowa of four fields of education: hotel industry technician, nutrition and catering services technician, hairdressing services techcian and IT technician accomplishment of practise abroad within obligatory placement included in the base of the vocational training of students of technical vocational school.Participants will undergo 160 hour practice in tourist and catering objects, hairdressing plants and IT companies in Rimini in Italy.There will be altogether 40 students of the third classes (10 students of every direction mentioned above) who will take part in the internship. The main goals of the project are: raising the quality of the vocational training and enhancing the mobility and chances of students on European and national job market and enabling students to meet the workplace in other EU country, as well as increasing the chances for better results in the vocational qualifying examination.During the project accomplishment there will also be used elements of ECVET system by individual documenting of participants' achievements.This will enable transparent assessing of abilities gained in the course of the internship, indicating the value added in the increase in the practical and theoretical knowledge and encouraging an intern to constant raising the abilities in the scope of the pursued profession, unification of documenting individual achievements of students undergoing foreign practice and the individual certification of gained abilities as well as evaluation of the course of the internship.Thanks to the mobility a participant will meet procedures and standards being in force at the West-European labour market, will improve his/her language skills in the scope of professional English, will increase his/her motivation to study foreign languages through participation in an intensive course of Italian language, will get to know requirements and tastes of consumers of the West-European area, the specificity and regional dishes of Italian cuisine, current trends in stylistics, procedures and technological solutions applied in IT area.All participants accomplishing the internships will have an unusual possibility of getting to know the culture and customs of Italy and thanks to it the practice will sensitize trainees to cross-cultural differences.Furthermore the participant will increase his/her abilities of adaptation in new, strange linguistically and culturally environment, will develop the ability of working in a group, of dealing with difficult, untypical situations, and will also increase abilities of planning further education and professional development.Abilities gained by participants will be confirmed with Europass Mobility document, with the certificate of undergone practice and the language course, as well as the individual assessment of achievements in accordance with the ECVET.Moreover the participant will receive a certificate certifying the degree of program accomplishment of pedagogical and cultural preparation, including aspects of the cross-cultural tolerance and integration of the group, sensitizing to the needs of others and the promotion of such values, as freedom, democracy, equality,civil activity and respecting citizenship rights. Participants will also take part in OSH training.The result of accomplished practice will be not only deepening theoretical and practical knowledge in real working conditions but also multimedia presentations prepared by participants and used on vocational classes, on fair trades of the vocational education and intramural educational events.Thanks to that product participants will also have an opportunity of training of their computer abilities.Moreover participants will prepare mini trade dictionaries of Polish - English - Italian, which will serve all the students of directions mentioned above during classes.Participants will develop the model, on the basis of which they will edit individual trilingual (PL, IT, EN) CV. All final products will be made available on the school website on the open licence Creative commons CC BY-SA principles.In the context of difficult for school graduates of technical and vocational conditions put by the contemporary labour market, the project is aimed at supporting the further education, extension of its contents by procedures and standards being in force on the West-European labour market, as well as increasing the mobility of the future employee of gastronomic and hotel and hairdressing industry.The foreign practice will also increase attractiveness of vocational training.Thanks to the course of Italian language on A1 level the involvement in the project will encourage to learn languages.Acting within the project, promoting simultaneously the concept of learning through the entire life, has a chance to motivate participants to learning, to influence their achievements in the scope of vocational training.
