Mobilitatile transnationale - factor cheie în formarea de calitate a asistentilor medicali

The project "Transnational mobility - key factor in quality training of nurse ", coordinated by the EDUNET Association, aims at developing the professional skills of 60 future nurses, in accordance with the requirements of the health system and European standards, their familiarity with the European health care system snd with the modern techniques in nursing, increasing their capacity to adapt to living and working in different cultural contexts, in order to make them better prepared and competitive on the European labor market.The project addresses the training needs identified, both at the two nursing schools, subordinated to Eduent Organization and at the local and regional level needs, to prepare the well trained health workforce, with professional skills required by the European health care labor market, being inline with the strategic objective of education and training in Europe(ET2020) to increase the quality and efficiency of education and training. In this project, 60 of students, in the first and second school years, from "Edunet" Post-secundary School of Craiova and from "Edunet" Post-secundary Nursing School of Bailesti, being in initial formation for general nurses qualification, will participate in practical training (clinical stage) through a 5 weeks European placement, in Hospital Antonio Cardarelli of Campobasso, a health unit subordinated Azienta Sanitaria to Regionale de Molise, Italy, benefying of a quality training, that will make them more capable of integrating in the national and European market labor, as future nurses. The 60 of participants will develop their professional skills, according to the professional standards and to approved curriculum such as preparation of the plan of nursing, realization of nursing and investigation techniques and patient care interventions and the skills to use new modern medical technologies.They will become familiar with European standards in the medical field, will develop their communication skills with patients from other cultures, their professional communication and cooperation in a multicultural medical team, will increase their professional autonomy, becoming more prepared to work in a European health system.The 60 participants will have their language and cultural communication skills improved, will learn values and European standards and having a more active behavior in society and an increased capacity to adapt to different cultural contexts.The project will contribute to increasing the European dimension of the two schools, to developing their ability to operate at European level, to establishing and implementing projects of mobility and European cooperation and, in long term, to increasing their quality of training and high quality preparation for labor, with professional skills required by the European labor market health, having as result an increased rate of the graduates’ insertion on the national and European labor market.
