Involved partners are the Chamber of Crafts Ulm and the chamber of Crafts Angers in France.Requirements: During the two-week internship in the learned profession in France the craftsmen and artisans make international and extended experience. An other aim is to learn the language and get a view on the local and economic market.In particular, the objectives of the project are:- The knowledge of new working techniques,- The improvement and development of individual language skills,- The teaching of practical work experience at international level,- The knowledge about new products , techniques and services in handcraft,- The strengthening of intercultural skills and of intercultural awareness,- Raising interest for the partner country,- The reduction of prejudices,- The strengthening of self-confidence,- The ability to cooperate with other people in a different cultural and linguistic environment,- The development of more individual responsibility and initiative, also concerning lifelong learning.The long term goal of the partnership is to strengthen cooperation in the framework of the project and expanding it at the project level as part of a comprehensive exchange program. In addition to social aspects : The main focus should be also to encourage young people who usually do not participate in transnational mobility actions because of their social origin.Results of the project: The proposed project will help to improve the internationalization of the craft. By offering the trainees should be encouraged to develop their own strengths , to broaden their experience in order to improve their market opportunities in the labor market.
