The planned mobility project should allow it to the participants of different structures to collect educational draughts, experiences with terms of employment and living conditions, specialised practical connections in the European foreign countries, and professional circumstances. In the cooperation with the schools and crafts enterprises is to be recognised that the craft implementation and treatment, but also the educational attempts of the schools and institutions can be very different in contrast to those in our country. We want to use this potential educationally for the leaerners and also for the teachers and partners. We want to work out these differences and Work off educationally and integrate into our school, discuss educational and craft knowledge with our partners and learn mutually and profit from it. Teacher advanced trainings and Hospitations can be offered therefore by our partners, however, also from us. We would like to win additional cooperation partners from other countries and also work together on the job, learn from the crafts, educationally work together and profit from each other´s experience. The need for the project arises from the fact that as a basic aim we have the improvement of the education offer and teaching quality, and we wish to take into account the European dimension by professional training. Within the scope of more and more growing together Europe, dealing with European Community is for everybody in the school an important starting point for professional and personal development. For the teachers, improvements are expected after the project specifically in the area of the acquisition of key qualifications as well as in the area of the specialised and vocational contents intended by the curriculum. The participants and then also the students should extend her horizon with regard to her professional knowledge, getting used to use new working technologies, learn about a more secure way of using key qualifications and practise and develop increased trust in own efficiency and mobility. Improvements of the achievements at school as well as with regard to their social competence as well as an increased openness with the approach to new problems is to be expected. A mobility abroad is an experience important for the personal and ideological development. Another reason for the realisation of the project is the strengthening of the school partnership with the partners in France which already exists for some years, and the development of good contacts with the partner Almond Voc. Link in South England. With a changed educational work and the knowledge about the craft and educational differences of the partners, we and our partners can teach more successfully. With this knowledge we strengthen the students for the professional life in the home country and abroad.
