MOB2 (MOBilisation of all for the MOBility of all)The Montpellier academy (regional education authority) drives for 5 years an evaluation and a voluntarist action of internationalization. The GIP and the DAREIC run aside this development. A training program was collectively built with ours European partners. This plan addresses all the staffs and aims particularly at the least open international territories and at the public with least opportunity. This training plan is divided into 6 modules and focus mainly on the strengthening of the language skills of the teachers of the primary degree, the analysis of practice and the observation of the systems and innovative action of our partners and the school governance. Our partners are Scotish, Finnish or German training institutions. 8 trainees' groups will be prepared for an European training within the framework of a global program. The preparatory phase will put the stakes, the training with our partners will be the object exchanges. All the participants will receive a training in the approachof European project and the analysis of practice in intercultural complex environment. More than 40 teachers of the primary level, 20 teachers of the secondary level among whom of numerous teachers of European section and 50 school managers (heads of school, advisers, in-service trainers, inspectors) will participate in these trainings. The project will mobilize all the actors of the education of the academy(regional education authority) in an approach of diagnosis, common project and European opening and will have a global impact on the territory, favoring the least favored sectors. The trainees will validate an improvement of their language level.In the long term:- The meeting with other partners builds new projects and partnerships,- The acquisition of knowledge enriches the practices and the educational offer with the pupils,- The professionalization and the internationalization improve the educational offer and facilitate the innovation and the transfer of best practice of the partners...
