MOB G.A.E: MOBility as a source of personal and professional Growth, Autonomy and Employability

The aim of the project is to evaluate and disseminate the impact of mobility experiences (LDV placement, Erasmus placements, Erasmus for entrepreneurs, EVS and ESF), in a longitudinal perspective, on the personal and professional growth of a group of former participants, as European citizens. It involves 18 partners, from 14 different countries. The direct target is composed by former participants, work placement managers and mentors of the partnership, entrepreneurs. The indirect target is composed by representatives of NA, EAC, public authorities involved in planning and elaborating policies for employment and education, new participants, social parties, companies.The main expected results are:to verify the level of impact on the personal and professional growth of former participants in a mobility experience;to find the most developed competences by the former participants in a mobility experience;to detect the best practices in term of management of mobility actions in order to make a change in personal and professional participants lives;to disseminate the researches and impact evaluation to a larger public in order to sensitise them to properly use the mobility actions as a complementary tool to personal and professional growth;to extract learning for all the organisations involved in the management of the mobility experiences in order to improve the quality of the work.The main expected products are:1 website in EN and 1 blog per language;1 research published online and translated in all partners languages; 5000 USB with the researches; regional and international meetings;1 flashmob in all partners territories.The envisaged impact is to: raise awareness about the impact of the mobility experiences in former participants' lives; improve the quality of mobility mentoring with a focus on the personal and professional competences development; improve the quality of the different actors of mobility experiences; raise awareness about the EU mobility programmes.
