The project based on co-financing from EU funds should be connected with European rules. That is why, the project is linked to the EU Document of Evaluation of the National Reform Program and the Convergence Program including indications for Poland: there is a very high rate of unemployment among young people, there is a difference between certain skills of young people and demands of the labor market, there is an insufficient access to good quality apprenticeship programs and learning in the workplace. This European document is coherent with The Development Strategy of Zabrze City, it means that a realization of development projects in the Zabrze areas is relating to the education and employment sectors; updating local education program, improving the quality of education for population, increasing the level of knowledge of foreign languages, developing interests in a local tradition; rationalization of learning profiles, especially in vocational schools. For this reason, the surveys were done in our school which show the needs of students. In response to these needs of students, local and European community the project was prepared. The primary aim of the project is the mobility of young workers in cooperation with the EU partners. The main objectives of the project are: to support students in aquiring competencies such as knowledge, skills and attitudes to life in order to expand their opportunities for personal development and increase the chance of employment in European labor market, The program will also engage students from low-income families who are at risk of social discrimination, raising the knowledge of foreign language competence, awareness and understanding of other cultures and countries and developing an active participation in social life as well as creating a sense of EU citizenship and identity. It will contribute to the capacity, the attractiveness and the international dimension of the organization in education. The project will give the synergy between vocational education, employment and a spirit of enterprise, and also better certify competences gained during the training abroad.The participants of the project will be students from a technical secondary school in Zabrze. The training will cover 32 students from classes of technical school. Our school teaches among other professions learners (at the age of 16-19) in area of graphic design and advertisement. The project will be devoted to two groups of male and female students (16 people in each group). Each group will have two tutors. The program will also involve students who are the participants of artetherapy and sociotherapy course which develop their personal capabilities.A detailed analysis of the potential and needs of the students will be a basis to qualify for the project. According to the needs of the students the special research was carried out with the use of databases, information about the former programs and projects Erasmus + and e-Twinning process of choosing the perfect partner was taken into consideration. The partner of the project became the Spanish company IES Consulting¨ Expat Intern S.L., specializing in EU programs such as Erasmus+. Their foreign experience is focused on improving the competence and skills of the participants of the program. Thus the development and attitude to life in different countries will be necessary in future profession. In accordance with the procedures which are related to the assessment and skills, a progress of learning of our students will be monitored. The company offers its own accommodation, food, cultural and educational facilities. Thanks to the accommodation (hostel) the participants of the project will stay in intercultural environment. It will additionally help in developing the main skills for example sense of national and local identity, interest in culture and cooperation with other countries. The realization of this coherent forward-looking cultural program is suitable for aesthetical and graphical school profile and language acquisition through immerse in Catalan culture (mainly its design and modernism). Group work in preparing the final project using professional, graphical skills developed during training will allow to share their experience and abilities with school and local society, as well as enable them verifying their vocational skills.
