This 11 days youth exchange (26/07/2014-05/08/2014) on theme of “Mobility, languages, music : an help for employability" will take place in Tuzla Bosnia-Herzegovina and gather 60,16 to 30 years old, youngsters+12 leaders from 10 countries (FR-DE-BiH-SRB-MN-HR-TK-MK-ALB-SLO). A 2 days preparatory visit will be held in Sarajevo in June AIM is to boost participant's employability by broadening their field of investigation in their future professional life and knowing how to spotlight their specificity. Conclusions will be settled in a practical vade mecum on : travel preparation , language learning opportunities , mobility opportunities for young people. PROJECT uses questionnaires, discussions on mobility, movies, language workshops , artistic realization of a practical vade mecum . ARTISTIC PRACTICES create brotherhood links among participants (orchestra is a mini-society), songs are used to learn languages and graphic workshop will produce a practical guide with ideas to have wider possibilities for their future professional life. . COMMUNICATION IN LANGUAGES ( English , other languages) . MOBILITY (experience, group reflection, Vademecum ) . ARTS : music and graphics (creativity, entrepreneurship , openmindness, tolerance, know how to introduce themselves, have appropriate attitudes ). IMPACT expected is to give them some clues to be fit to take opportunity if their future training or professional life offers them to stay in a foreign country. And not be blocked by language barrier or by psychological and practical difficulties in organizing their departure. LONG-TERM BENEFITS : give them clues to expand employment's scope and to consider their professional life on a European or even worldwide scale. The vademecum, spred by Internet, will be a precious tool to disseminate practical "recipes".
