The project of the Organization "Public COMPASS is a tripartite youth exchanges with the participation of 30 young people from small living areas in Bulgaria, Romania and Slovak Republic, supported by leaders and trainers. The project is pointed to exchange the experience and activate the potential of overcoming main youth problems in countries with similar economical and social standards. Evaluating the main needs of the youth, the project is searching for ways to solve the problems, coming from the youth unemployment, the lack of awareness and interest for professional development and democratic processes. In response, the main aim of the project is “Creating conditions for young people from small living areas in Bulgaria, Romania and Slovak Republic to achieve successful realization, building leadership abilities, adoption of knowledge, abilities and competences in the youth entrepreneurship by raising their civil activity.” The instrument for achieving the aim is organizing an 8-day exchange of interactive training for the participants on matters concerning European citizenship, human rights, democratic processes, etc. An important part of the training is the inclusion of informal education for developing the social skills of young people, making them aware of their strengths and increasing their motivation for professional realization. The participant s will be stimulated to generate ideas and unlock their entrepreneurial way of thinking, by evaluating the resources of their community and the benefits of participating in European projects. All this will create a friendly multicultural environment, tolerance and solidarity between the participants. The innovative part will be the illustration of key competences by scene description by the participants, which will be caught on video and edited in a short movie. The participants will have the opportunity to build their own entrepreneur concepts and contribute for their successful realization. In this enterprise they will be supported by the project team and other collaborators. The project results will have positive influence on the participants, as well as on the youth community, NGOs and the business.
