The project "Youth dreams become true" will take place on the territory of 11 municipalities in the district. It provides reception of six volunteers from six countries to be in support of 11 youth clubs of the association working in 10 small towns, municipal centers and the regional center situated in Pleven. The project activities will be implemented in six months. Volunteers will be aged 20-30 years, subject to gender equality between them. They will be accommodated in the city of Pleven, in appropriate housing, providing the necessary living conditions. Support volunteers will be engaged mentor assigned full time, that will accompain the volunteers and will provide logistic support to care for their adaptation and satisfaction of their needs, taking into account their achievements will register the problems, will arrange to obtain certificates YOUTHPASS. It will be developed house rules concerning the work of volunteers, the conditions for achieving quality of youth work, better internal communication, trust and respect for their dignity. To achieve effectiveness of voluntary work plan will be developed an internal monitoring and evaluation of their activities. It will hold regular monthly team meetings, which will discuss the work of each volunteer, results, difficulties encountered and ways to overcome them. Will be strictly complied with all the administrative procedures of the Erasmus + relating to the adoption of volunteers. Will be developed "risk maps" that will contain potential external risks for our organization, and formal procedures to address them. The project envisages strengthening of 11 youth clubs in 11 settlements through direct work and assistance of the international volunteer team. In preparatory activities will be directly involved six volunteers who will be organized an intensive course in Bulgarian language communicative method "Sugistopediyata". Simultaneously will be held presentations and demonstrative visits to cultural and historical sites, meetings with representatives of local authorities, media, youth from the local community. During the second month will be held training modules on communicative English to young people from 11 clubs of volunteers. The first module will be held using interactive methods, and the second will focus on upgrading communication skills in a multicultural environment associated with upcoming gigs of Bulgarian youth in international exchanges and presentation of Erasmus +.Will hold informal training to young people from 11 communities to upgrade key and civic competences competencies to develop knowledge and skills in: youth activity survey of public attitudes and needs, development and management of projects for youth-initiative, youth advocacy. Each volunteer will be ready to present the experience of their sending organization on the topics of the training sessions. Thus, unless new knowledge, Bulgarian youth will have the opportunity to learn about successful experiences of youth organizations from other countries. The activity is planned for the third month of the project. In the fourth month will conduct research on issues, attitudes and needs of young people from 11 local communities. Club Council, supported by the volunteers will develop questionnaires, will conduct research in the field among their peers and identify the main problems and needs of young people from each city. Youth initiatives will be organized based on the displayed priority issue for each of the 11 communities. Club councils, together with club members, supported by volunteers will hold one for each city initiative that is aimed at solving displayed by the most current research and priority problem. This activity will allow young people to put into practice what they have learned so far. In the last month of the project volunteers will help members of youth clubs to develop their strategic plans. Will conduct a discussion in each club for planning the future development of clubs: the topics and issues that will work formate youth activity that will use the resources that they need to secure their activities, deadlines and necessary partners . This activity is crucial to building resilience club organizations. Volunteers will provide their experience and knowledge can actually be useful to the Bulgarian youth. After completion of the project, the partner organizations will conduct awareness campaigns / public forums, press conferences, presentations of information / dissemination of results.
