Our institution Ezine Vocational and Technical High School for Girls is under the Ministry of Education and bound to General Directorate of Vocational and Technical gives a Project proposal named as MEGEM ? My occupation& My Future. Thanks to MEGEM ? My occupation& My Future Project our students will have the chance of growing up in a best way. Our school provides 3 different programs bound to 4 sub categories and 5 different departments together with 223 students. The active areas in our school are ICT, Child Development and Education, Department of Food Technology and Catering. The Project named as MEGEM ? My occupation& My Future is prepared fort he students who are enrolled to Child development and education or catering department and it gives opportunity of internship to students aged between 15-17 and to 10+10 students. Our school has given training for catering department since 2009 and we aim to raise students who can work in national/international level. From the department that includes the basic of our Project ?Food and Beverage Services? has 40 students in 3 different class and ?Child Development and Pedagogy, 26 students in 2 classes. Our institution has 23 teachers and in ?Food and Beverage Services? we have 2 branch teachers and they have the bachelor degree in this field. Our institution hasn?t applied to any EU Grants under any program but some of our teachers have experienced it in their previous work places and now they want their students to be a part of this EU projects. In this range, some interviews have been done froem two different countries with two different corporations and it has been agreed in principle about working together. A seeking profit private company called as Stredni odborna skola pedagogicka a Gymnazium from Czech Republic and a company called as from OS MOUROS Barcelos in Portugal will carry out a vacational education project to increase personal and vocational experience of 28 students by doing internship under four companion teachers? guidance in May and June 2015. A project called as MEGEM ? My Occupation & My Future has been enhanced in order to include peoplethese transnational programs and as stated in the school?s vision tor ender ?follow the improvements in contamporary civilization level? and contribute these aims for the students who are studying in Ezine Girls Technical and Vocational High School, Child Development and Edcuation department and Food Technology and Catering department with their backups; people who left school in early ages; low skilled people; youngs who are bad at school and people who have low life sandard, low income, are need of social help system, long-term unemployed and poor youngs; homeless people and a national or ethnical minority members because of geographical location; people who have problems about language and cultural adaptation. Our institution would like to carry out this project in the direction of strategical frame purposes for Europe collaboration in education and teaching, in the direction of general purposes as written in 2014 Europe call proposal, including comparative evaluations within the strategy of Main Education Porpose Europe 2020. Demonstrative materials for every activity that was done from the acceptance of project offer to preparing final report process will be prepared and all the activities will be shared on the website that will be made after acceptance and sharers? websites. The vocational experience that will be gained with this project will be used to contribute forming educational sense of quality in the whole Europe dimension in institutions. It is aimed to supply qualified staff necessity in our area by sharing information mutually, observing innovations in syllabus programmes in Europe. After the mobility, our students will carry out club meetings tos hare their abroad experience. They will have chance to share some points such as their cultural experience, vocational experience, internatioanlization and Europe citizenship with their close environment, teachers, friends and family.
