The aim of the Merkur project mobility is to enable students the acquisition of new knowledge, skills and abilities in order to increase competition of professional education and its adaptation to the modern labour market. We want to provide our students opportunity for personal enhancement, improvement of language, interpersonal and intercultural skills by motivating them in the active participation in the labour market and enhance possibility of their employment. The experience of mobility will in the interaction between formal and informal learning, through work and entertainment, encourage participants in the acceptance of different world views in multicultural environment, whose objective is to build up their personal integrity necessary in growing up into a professional and responsible individual. Additionally, we are making international dimension of learning much stronger and we are directing our students to the acceptance and promotion of the EU values of multilingual and cultural diversity.
