The purpose of the project is to break down barriers and develop a common flexible jobmarket through a cross-border cooperation on integration and maintaining of working capacity in the Oresund Region.The goal is to develop a Oresund Mentor Concept which should help integrate and maintain people and employees at the jobmarket in the Oresund Region. Another goal is to try to develop a mentor centre, which can offer knowledge and inspiration to others on how to set up a mentor system. The mentor centre should also function as a virtual meeting place for both public and private companies who want to make use of the mentor concept, or who want to recruit or learn how to maintain employees at a work place eventhough the working situation can be changing, for the employer or the employee.
