The "Mente Sã em corpo São" project is integrated into KA2- Partnerships Strategies, Erasmus + JA program and its promoter the Education and Sport Group (Portugal) and partner organizations the Informal Youth Group Buarcos (Portugal), Asociación Xuvenil Vrenza (Spain), Asociacion Muxema (Spain), Pásztói Életesély Alapítvány (Hungary), Szurdokpüspöki Ifjúsági Egyesület (Hungary), Associazione Antares (Italy) and Circum Vitae Associazione Italy). It will be held in each of the locations of partner organizations from 18 of September of 2016 to 17 of September of 2016. Its young audience aged between 15 and 25 years, and aims to prevent school dropout, promoting social and digital inclusion, the development of equal opportunities and social cohesion, the promotion of formal education and non-formal vocational training and employability, community dynamics and citizenship, entrepreneurship and training, by performing the following activities:* Creating a mechanism of support in school work, free character (@prender point) in the post-school period, which minimizes the approach of young people to risky sites and promote academic success (open daily in all organizations ), addressed to 300 young people from 15 to 25 years, for 12 months.* 5 Sessions to develop personal and social skills in all partner organizations (GPS Program -5 sessions grouped into five modules: Communication, Interpersonal, Cognitive Distortions, Emotions and Beliefs Dysfunctional), addressed to 300 young people (15 to 25 years ).* Conducting 10 sessions in / training (streamlined by local organizations), about democratic values, tolerance, multicultural respect, friendship, civility, immigration: myths and facts, active citizenship, informal autonomy, mobility, employment policies for young, addressed to 300 young people.* Creation of a Youth center "Agarra a opurtunidade" (open daily in all local organizations), in partnership and privileged links with Job Centres and Professional Insertion Offices, in order to promote professional skills and school certification youth through support in finding and referral to training courses or model and integration in the workplace, developing employability skills and / or social entrepreneurship, promoting their mobility and autonomy in order to promote equality opportunities and access to information on employment policies.* Workshops of ideas (one for month in all local organizations), to promote social entrepreneurship and empowerment;* Youth job fair Achievement (1 performed locally by organizations);`* Youth Assemblies (one for month streamlined by local organizations), organized by the young participants, with representatives of local authorities and regional and local contact and partnerships with youth organizations;* Promotion of inclusion centers digitally Point @ (open daily in each of the organizations);* Elaboration of a good practice guide on developing entrepreneurial skills in Portuguese and English, encouraging young people to design and implement a life project, aimed at autonomy and civic participation. dual use, either by technicians as a formative instrument or by young people as an engine for development of their entrepreneurial skills.* Transnational meeting of 18 young workers in the field of youth from partner associations for the study of similar problematic approach, comparing the intervention and carry out a transfer of knowledge in order to promote better professional desemprenho of the youth field workers.* Socio-cultural entertainment space, travel, sports activities and recreation in ludico-school holiday period, allowing the integration of young people in different social contexts and non-formal acquisition of learning in order to enable equal opportunities and gender and nterculturalidade.* Preparation of monthly Informative BulletinThus will be held activities for young people, the level Local, regional, national and European, to inculcate in young people's interest and taste for school, that promote school success, access to TIC, equality and anti-discrimination mechanisms, integration of young people in appropriate educational responses to their interests, participation and active citizenship, empowerment / training and entrepreneurship (including social entrepreneurship).
