The project "Management and European approaches in IT field " is aimed at increasing the competence of the participants in the use of computers in the field of vocational training; to achieve innovation and improving the quality of teaching, increasing their foreign language skills ,exchange of experience in recycling computer and electronic equipment to solve the problem of environmental protection and the adoption of advanced policies and practices in accordance with the principles of the Strategy for Sustainable Development . The project objectives are : - Exchange of experiences, ideas and programs on issues relating to the use of modern computer technology - Introduction to administration of vocational training and implementation of best practices - Monitoring of jobs and ways of recycling of computer and electronic equipment in accordance with European requirements to protect the environment - Establish an active , mutually beneficial cooperation between users and their project partners in the UK. Project beneficiaries are 10 participants: - 6 teachers in computers and technology - Teacher of Professional Foreign Language - Manager of department "Projects and Mobility" - Manager of department “Vocational Training” - Principal of the school Content of the project : - Pre- linguistic and cultural training of users held in Bulgaria before the mobility - 2-week field visit in which the participants will visit educational institutions in the field of vocational education. They will become familiar with current software , management experience in the learning process , companies and organizations for recycling and processing of computer and electronic equipment - Certification of acquired competences - Promotion of activities and results Expected results and benefits : - The acquisition of new skills in computer technology - Integration of management experience in the administration of the school - Practical introduction to the technology of recycling and effective deployment of acquisitions competence in practical work with students - Increasing students' motivation to participate in international programs with the aim of improving their competencies in the EU labor market - Harmonization and unification of competences acquired in vocational education The project is aimed at improving the competence of beneficiaries for a better quality in vocational education according to the continuous development of technologies and demand of European standards in education.
