The purpose of the project is to put together a documentation about life in the region in the nineteenthirties in order to illustrate the common history of the region. The documentation should be be available both in video and DVD and suitable for the internet.It is important that the material can be used in various connections such as in schools, various courses etc.The material should be a true and important documentation of life in the region and cross-border communication and integration in the past.The project hopes to achieve a better knowledge about the importance of regional identity and the importance of relations between people in a cross-border area. Hopefully the material can contribute to the integration of the region and inspire people to take part in a debate on the future and the past of region.
