After analyzing all needs EFA Torrealedua confronts, our team believed that it was convenient to carry on this project: 'Enhancing our school qualitiy in an international context'. The goals were: -Improving teaching practice. -Receiving training in the use of new ICT in the classroom to imporve the quality of teaching and learning. -Improving language skills -Incresing the motivation and satisfaction in the daily work of all the staff. -Learning coaching techniques to motivate students and thus combat school failure. -Improve the Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) -Establish in EFA Torrealedua a new course from the point of view of International Relations. The six selected teachers attended one of the following courses: -Motivate Students of Technical and Vocational Education. Brugge (Belgium) -ICT in Education Course.Prague (Czech Republic) -Coaching and Mentoring Technics at School. Soverato (Italy) All knowledge has been shared with the rest of the team in EFA Torrealedua by doing a work. Students have benefited from the courses because teachers have had to introduce the knowledge acquired in the classroom. So their motivation and academic performance have increase. By participating in an international course not only has provided us new knowledge, but it has allowed us meeting new people from the world of education and schools or businesses. This has been a benefit, because we have started to establish partnerships and mobilities with other countries, both at the level of secondary education and vocational training. The staff mobilities have spread through the webpage (www.torrealedua.com), and the official Facebook and Twitter from the school. It is important that everyone knows about all European projects carried out in EFA Torrealedua, in order to encourage everyone to participate in them, and bring more prestige to our center.
