Our school commits to enhancing the education quality in an international context. This is the second year participating in a project for school education staff in order to achieve the goals, which are:1. Improving language skills.2. Receiving training in the use of new ICT in the classroom to imporve the quality of teaching and learning.3. Establish in EFA Torrealedua a new course from the point of view of International Relations.4. Improving teaching practice.5. Learning new approaches in teaching and learning methodologies.6. Incresing the motivation and satisfaction in the daily work of all the staff and students. The selected teachers will attend the following courses:- ACTIVATE YOUR ENGLISH FOR TEACHING (B1+, B2). Dublin (Ireland)- ICT FOR TEACHING. Dublin (Ireland)- STRUCTURED STUDY VISIT TO SCHOOLS AND TRAINNING SEMINAR FOR TEACHERS. Helsinki (Finland)All knowledge will be shared with the rest of the team in EFA Torrealedua by doing a work. Students also will benefit from the courses because teachers will have to introduce the knowledge acquired in the classroom. So their motivation and academic performance is expected to increase.The project will be evaluated by doing surveys to participants, teachers and students after the courses. It will allow to do improvements for future projects.Participating in an international course not only provides new knowledge, but allows meeting new people from the world of education and schools or businesses. This is a benefit, because we could begin to establish partnerships and mobilities with other countries, both at the level of secondary education and vocational training.The staff mobilities will spread through the wepage (www.torrealedua.com), and the official Facebook and Twitter from the school.It is important that everyone knows about all European projects carried out in EFA Torrealedua, in order to encourage everyone to participate in them, and bring more prestige to our center.
