The aim of this project is to develop EVS with the inclusive use of creative media. Specifically, the volunteer will be involved in the production of an online publication and promotion of young people's creativity and the exchange of ideas. However, the activities will not be limited only to this publication, and the volunteers will have multiple opportunities to develop media there through themes of music, sports / outdoor activities, the youth policy (putting the emphasis on European citizenship), and multiculturalism.The main project objectives are:1 Create a monthly online publication / print focuses on four (music, sport, youth policy, multiculturalism) key areas of youth programming2. Recruit at least 5 local volunteers from Kocani, youth in the region to help with content production and produce their own written content on a weekly basis3 Develop at least two other media forms of content focused on inclusion of young people, such as blogs and Facebook groups to inform young people of the regionThe hosting organization in Macedonia will host 14 EVS volunteers through this project. Volunteers are welcomed for a month of October 2016, and from April to August, 2017.To support our goals, some of the project activities will include:- Research ideas for the content of the news media on the Internet and at meetings with the local community- Discussions / forums with local youth and young adults in high schools and close to the faculty of local law Kocani for their ideas and promote opportunities to contribute to the online / print publication- Update and development of website content in the online publication of the framework on the website of the host organization- Working with local Macedonian media to raise community awareness of EVS activities and the potential media coverage- English, French or other languages for youth clubs in the region, taught by EVS volunteers to promote multiculturalism- Create blogs, social media and websites for the production of multimedia content for young- Volunteering at the local public library and other community engagement for inter-cultural exchange
