Patronato Sociocultural through IMAGINA- Service of Youth, childhood and adolescence in Alcobendas promotes and organizes training and information activities for youth 14-30 years old and for children and adolescents 4-15 years old throughout the municipality. As part of our policy of opportunity and access to international programs in Europe, hosting European volunteers over 10 years ago, which support our work and for both parties involved a labor and personal enrichment, under the previous "Youth for Europe" and "Youth in Action" program and currently Erasmus +. From this experience we consider fundamental and very important function of the workers in the field of youth and that is how this project came about in order to host a Dutch youth worker, he could be part of a learning experience trhough observation in a foreign entity and the hosting of a group of 12 youth workers in the international field of youth on a study visit to share the good practices carried out in Erasmus +, especially in european volunteering projects. For this we will host 13 Europeans youth workers. Throughout the project cycle we will focus on learning processes based on participatory and non-formal education methodologies, for which we will have the support of professionals in this field with previous experience of animation of these kind of activities. In order to obtain personal and professional results that will be disseminated among institutions and local and international population with which they work to.
