The project involves English language teachers courses, a course for Sports teacher and physical training teacher job shadowing. The project is aimed at five member-staff training which will bring positive and long-lasting effects on the participants and participating institutions involved. The job shadowing activities and participation in courses are meant to produce improved language and teaching competences of the participating teachers, CLIL implementation and their self-confidence increase as well as the quality of cooperation in sport and language area with the partners abroad.The applicants are three language teachers who would like to develop and improve their professional competencies and skills in English language teaching as they have not participated in such courses during their career and two teachers of physical training who would like to obtain as much information as possible through a course and job shadowing activities in more experienced educational institution.The prospective course applicants will learn a variety of new teaching methods and techniques which will be implemented and used in the teaching process especially in classes with talented pupils.Our school has classes with talented pupils in athletics what needs special and individual access in planning their training activities so this is the reason why one teacher would like to take part in a course for Sports Teachers and improve his professional competencies. To get tried methods, inspiration, practise and experience from other school one teacher applied for job shadowing that will be focused on methods of special preparation in athletics disciplines.We expected more professional mutual cooperation among teachers to become respected and reputable institution in our region especially in sport and language competences area.
