Our school, the Ernst Reuter Schule in Karlsruhe, is just relaunching its school profile. The new "Gemeinschaftsschule" will start in September 2015, one main target will be the "media school". Therefor every new student will get a tablet, starting in class 5. New digital creative ideas together with already established learning methods will be existentially.
The training course in Tralee, Ireland, should bring us new ideas and contacts to teachers and schools allover Europe. Mr. Goerke, who is already running special teaching courses at our school like the student mentoring programme, will take part at it. With all those new influences and contacts he should be able to build up an eTwinning programme at Ernst Reuter Schule, together with colleagues that are also up-to-date to new media ideas.
There is also the wish of starting a students exchange programme.
