To be competitive on the job market, the school must orient its professional youth training politics according to the new demande s, so that at the graduation, the students will be offered the possibility of easily getting a job from their training domain. The domain of auto repairs, on the internal markets, is on a continuous rise (according to the data from RAR, in Romania there are over 5 million cars registered and accordingly to the Commerce Registry, over 7000 car services), from that and the demand of auto mechanics and tinsmiths which correspond to the performance demands of modern services, supplied with machinery and high-end electromechanical technology. Exactly to answer these demands and to increase the level of competition amongst students, which will be integrated immediately in this industry- students from professional education -level 3 -with the auto mechanic and auto tinsmith and painter qualifications, we capitalize on the opportunity offered by the Erasmus+ education mobility projects.Through the project "Auto mechanics and tinsmiths, trained at European standards", we propose a stage of professional training at European standards for 34 participants, from the eleventh grade, level 3, from the auto mechanic and auto tinsmith and painter qualifications.Our mobility project proposes to itself the following objectives:01- Improving the professional training of the participants and the access to the new technologies from the domain of auto mechanics, through contact with enterprises and specialists of some of the most developed auto repairs industries in Europe.02- Developing practical abilities and skills, at European standards, regarding the promotion of occupying the workforce with a high level qualification, allowing the insertion of the youth on the job market.03- Improving the personal experience, of the key skills, through contact with another European reality, to ensure a good transition from school to an active life.03- Strengthening and enlarging the education partnership to ensure the quality of the students' practice at European standards.The partnership at the level of the project is composed of: the Technological High School "Dimitrie Leonida" Constanta (the sending organization), the receiving organizations-OMICARAUTO, LDA,JOBAUTO,Rubygalaxy, Unipessoal Lda, from Portugal and J.CALERO MOTORSPORT,JOMASUR AUTOMOCION from Granada,Spain and the intermediary organizations MEP Europroject Granad Associação Intercultural Amigos da Mobilidade Barcelos.The main activities that will take place at the level of the partnership will be the professional training stages in private car services.The group of participants will be composed of 34 students, from the eleventh grade, technic profile, level 3, Mechanical domain, which will be separated in 2 groups - 17 students with the "Auto mechanic" qualification and 17 students with the "Auto tinsmith, painter" qualification. The stage period was fixed to 4 weeks, taking place in 2 fluxes: 16 participants in Spain and 18 participants in Portugal (in groups of 17 from each qualification) and it coincides with the one from the curriculum approved through Annex no. 2 from OMEdC no. 3683 on 8.4.2015.The results of the training will be validated, recognized and transferred , from the sending organization on the basis of:-The Agreement Memorandum-The training agreement-The Europass CertificatePrecognized results:On a short term:-improving of the professional skills and abilities, specific to the chosen profession, for the 34 participants, through implementing new technologies from the auto repairs domain, quantified though the results of the evaluation and effectuating quality practical work;-improving the key skills: communication in a foreign language, intercultural, digital, entrepreneurial, civic, interpersonal and social skills.-achieving the Europass Mobilitiy certificate which facilitates the mobility for the participants and increases the chances of being hired,-improving the proven linguistic abilities through linguistic skills certificates, improving the knowledge of a different cultural environment.On a medium term-achieving the first strategic target from PAS 2016-2017-the learning by the students of the theoretical knowledge and achieving practical abilities, according to quality standards for obtaining the qualifications/specializations offered by our school, to ensure the absorption on the job market of a number as big as possible of graduates.
