Measuring and Assessing Soft Skills
The MASS project transferred innovative methodologies in measuring and assessing soft skills. These were the personal and social skills which were needed to be successful in education and employment but many young people lacked these skills. Products included teaching materials and teachers packs produced in a range of languages. These were tested in Greece, Romania, Scotland, Sweden and the Netherlands and details published to our website. www.mass-project.org.
