General purpose1. Bringing into existence a modern infrastructure for bike tourism around Lake Niegocin, with a view of frontier tourism and trade development. 2. Making the frontier areas more attractive in tourist as well as investment termsTasks:1. Construction and upgrading the existing transport routes in the areas that are isolated as frontier regions and including them into trans-European connections2. Regional development of the frontier areas along Poland´s eastern frontier through development of the bike routes and exchange of experiences in that respect3. Creation of atmosphere encouraging entrepreneurial development, capital investments and increase in tourist services
