Master's Course on Cultural Heritage Preservation in Morocco

The project is aimed at the implementation of an applied multidisciplinary master's course on Cultural Heritage Preservation (two-year duration, 120 ECTS credits) in harmony with all aspects of the Bologna educational approach. Joint endeavour of three universities (It, Fr, Gr + 3*Mo) and two official heritage safeguarding bodies in Morocco, and is designed in order to provide all knowledge and skills necessary for the scientific documentation, the physicochemical diagnosis of deteriorations, the state-of the- art preservation and rehabilitation, and the management and exploitation of Moroccan material cultural heritage. The course will be internationally evaluated and accredited. The specific objectives are: "The project is aimed at:Implementing a master's course on an applied multidisciplinary scientific subject;Applying all aspects of the Bologna educationl approach;Introducing evaluation methodologies in education;Promoting e-learning possibilities;Responding to concrete needs of the national job market;Creating sustainable means for safeguarding and managing material cutural heritage."
