The project consortium is composed of 3 EU and 3 RU HEIs, 1 EU and 2 RU professional organisations in the field of land survey, cartography and land management. In addition the Russian Federal Education Agency is member of the consortium. The specific objectives are: "* to introduce new Master programme in accordance with the Bologna process at three Russian universities by June 2011;* to modernise IT facilities of MIIGAiK, SSGA and SFU by September 2010;* to increase the level of information technologies application in educational process at Partner universities by September 2010;* to build up capacity of three Russian universities through short term intensive training by January 2011;* to increase visibility of new Master programme and that of three Russian universities by May 2011;* to ensure Russian universities' support of the project outcomes in a long run;* to bring the quality of new study programme into line with the Bologna objectives by June 2011;"
