The project is focused on the training management of older people and enhancing HR management competence with the emphasis on the problem of discrimination of older workers. The proposal is to build an e-learning course on Age Management for HR managers in the private and public sector and NGOs. The main aim of the project is to increase HR management competences focused in older worker as a target and to promote their potential and skills at the labor market. The course will be developed on-line (website) and off-line (CDs) n eight European languages and it will be tested with a sample of 4-6 companies in each partner country
