Man behind the Mirror

The training course "Man behind the Mirror" will be held in the town of Kazanlak in Bulgaria. The main topic of the training course is personal development through workshops and informal learning on an intensive approach for youth workers and stimulate entrepreneurship and sharing knowledges between the NGO's. Some of the objectives of the training course are: to improve self-awareness, self-knowledge, to strengthening the NGO's, social abilities and communication skills; to build identity and human capital; to identify and develop own strengths and talents within the youthworkers. With achieving this objectives we would like to help the youth workers to gain more knowledges and tools on personal development that they can use in their NGO to fight against poverty and youth unemployment in their country and to support young people in their talent development. The duration of the training activities is 10 days including the days for travelling. This is a multilateral training course with participants from seven countries - six program countries (Bulgaria, Belgium, Croatia, Poland, Italy and Romania) and one neighbor partner countries from Eastern Europe and Caucasus (Georgia). The total number of the participants is thirthy (33) - four persons from each of the six partner countries in the project - Belgium, Croatia, Romania, Italy, Poland and Georgia and 6 from Bulgaria, one trainer and one support staff from Bulgaria and one trainer from Belgium. The traning will include intensive workshops and activities to learn tools about personal development and entrepreneurship. The methods will be the following - personal development methodology, informal education, groups dynamics, improving communication skills, social skills, theoretical approach, intensive training, learning and creating awareness. The overall goal of the training is to improve the knowledges of the different NGO's, so that the youth workers can use new tools in the field of personal development and entrepreneurship when they work with youngsters in their countries. This is a follow-up project and part of a long-term partnership.
