PROJECT
FINISHED
The beneficiaries of the project are 60 students of Complex of Vocational and Grammar Schools in Kartuzy. After fulfilling their recruitment duties they will leave for two weeks apprenticeship organized by international partners of our school: Tellus in England, Lycée Professionnel Jean Capelle in Bergerac, France and Future Focus in Malta. The choice of partners is based on our earlier, greatly positive experience, related to the realization of international projects and the recommendation of other Polish school. We have already got the letters of intent from these institutions.Group A are 8 students of the third year of Technical School of Commerce who will leave for their apprenticeship in September and October 2017, to Bergerac, in France, together with 4 students of the third year of Vocational School of Commerce.Group B are 16 students of the third year of Technical School of Information Technology who are going to Plymouth in UK in October 2017 with two teachers. Group C are 16 students of Technical School of Economy and Group D are 16 students of Technical School of Advertisement. Group C and D will leave for apprenticeship to Malta in March 2018 and in April 2018, with two teachers for each group. At the same time their classmates will attend apprenticeship in Kartuzy. The time of the apprenticeship is determined by education cycle in our school. The monitoring visits of the coordinator of the project and the headmaster of the school have also been planned.Apart from doing their apprenticeship, each group will create their own websites ( in English and Polish). All groups together will create on-line shop ( including regional products of each country) and catalogue of the products. The shop on-line will be the perfect tool to be used while learning vocational subjects. It can be used during different educational classes at school and outside. The programmes of apprenticeship were prepared by the teachers of our school and are compatible with the school curriculum and the programme of teaching. Each participant will get a certificate of attendance and Europass Mobility certificate ( in Polish and English). These documents not only confirm participants' vocational skills and experience gained, but they can also allow students to obtain a job, not only on local but also European market. Our previous experience shows, that leaving for the apprenticeship, influences the students in a positive way. It also develops the great cooperation between involved institutions on the local and international market.
