The project will be an exchange between youthcare organisations from Austria, Estonia, Serbia and the Netherlands. The project wants to learn the youngsters between the age 13 and 20 about the other cultures, history and daily live. But most of all we want to use this project to help this youngsters find new experiences. Most of those youngsters in this youthcare organisations are too much familiar with dissapointments and the feeling of failure. We want to give them the feeling of self confidence and finding their talents by being part of this exchange. In this week we want to arrange daily activities in sport, music and theater connecting to the perception of the youngsters were they can learn more about own qualities. Besides this maingoal we think it is important: - that youngsters learn about other habits from every culture - youngsters learn to discuss about these other habits - youngsters learn about tolerance and working together - youngsters learn to express themselves in an other language than their mother tongue. Those aspects are involved in the activities planned. In the preparing time but maybe more important the time after, we would like to use social media to help motivate and inspire each other. At this moment, a facebookpage is almost online so the youngsters can communicate and make plans together.
