Youth exchange project "Make ideas Create possibilities" was developed with aim to promote youth employment and develop youth entrepreneurship, by motivating young people to generate new ideas and create their own possibilities. "Make ideas Create possibilities" project motivates young people be actively involved in creating their possibilities and using their potential in labor market. During the exchange we uses non-formal education methods, like simulation games, discussions about youth unemployment in every country, debates about how they can search for possibilities, experience exchange and different group activities for "breaking the ice", like preparing a town legend and making a video about it and organizing final event together, like generating business ideas and presenting them. In this project there were 32 young people aged from 16 - 30 years from Slovenia, Romania, Portugal, Italy and Latvia. Participants were young people with different backgrounds and different interests, who wanted a starting point for making their own opportunities and motivation for self employment. During this youth exchange, participants gained knowledge in things such as: preparing proper CV, finding and using information, writing and implementing projects, developing business ideas, as well how to behave in job interview. With all this knowledge young people will be motivated to start making their possibilities. Business ideas made during the project, probably, wont be implemented in real life, but after the project participants are still keeping the contact and planning to make other projects.
