Although European Union (EU) intends more and more attention and founds for promotion of enterprise, innovation and employment of youth in order to stimulate faster entering of youth into labour market after finished studies, many young people are still confronted with difficulties during the process of entering the labour market. Therefore it is essential that young people get familiar with new ways and knowledge how to build a career and develop their entrepreneurial potential. Realization of the project will enable reestablishment of initiative functioning, which will encourage innovative thinking of young graduates about possibilities that are offered in their environment and this how also development of enterprise and self-employment will be stimulated. One of the objectives of this project is to increase informing of young graduates about financial stimulations that enable young people to enter the entrepreneurial path and informing of youth about need of increasing the number of innovative enterprising ideas. Participants will gain necessary knowledge and ideas for creating their own careers and will learn how to successfully take advantage of their own potential on the labour market. Increased self-employment of young graduates will consequently increase economic activity of local environment and the country as whole, what is ultimately the goal of every EU Member State. Young graduates from EU Member States are faced with similar difficulties; therefore will realized project, which will be attended by 32 young participants from Slovenia, Malta, Italy, Croatia and Turkey, transmit knowledge about how and where to find entrepreneurial experiences in the early stages of the implementation of entrepreneurial ideas. They will also learn about the possibilities how to connect with existing entrepreneurs and, consequently, to obtain information on entrepreneurial experiences and practical ideas. Participants from partner countries are relevant because they arise from countries where indecision of young graduates to start their own enterprise due to lack of innovative entrepreneurial ideas and inefficient information about financial incentives presents an actual problem. Participants will transfer obtained knowledge from this project at local, regional and national level and will consequently encourage young people to be innovative on the field of entrepreneurial thinking, enhance social inclusion of youth and help with spreading of awareness about self-employment opportunities. On one week lasting workshops participants will learn how and why to create an innovative idea and convert it into an action plan, how to find effective approaches for obtaining necessary entrepreneurial experiences and what are self-employment and career opportunities for young graduates. Special attention will be intended to the acquisition of communication skills of all present participants. Participants will acquire relevant public speaking skills, rhetorical skills and will become qualified team players, who will be fluent in critical and innovative solving of problematic of indecision of young graduates to start their own enterprise. Expected results of this project are exploitable entrepreneurial potential of young graduates on the labour market and economic development of the domestic environment, and consequently also the country as whole. At the end of this project five Facebook groups will be made for each partner state in order to spread received knowledge. Youth will also be encouraged to share their experiences through Facebook groups in order to help other young graduates to start their own entrepreneurial path. This how effects won’t be achieved just at the local level of the organizing country but also at the whole European level.
