Rokiskiškis youth union "Round table" in 2015, September 15 - 22 realized international youth exchange project "MAKE a CHANGE" funded by EU program Erasmus +. ,,Make a change“ is an international youth exchange project with 30 young people from Portugal, Bulgaria, Italy, Croatia, Spain and Lithuania. Project theme – creativity and enterpreneurship. The aim of the project – to raise young people’s creativity, innovativeness, entrepreneurial competences, facilitating access to the labour market. During 7 project days, using different non – formal education methods, participants were improving creativity, entrepreneurship, decision-making, team-work, self-discovery competences. Participants presented creativity methods, exercises popular in their organizations/country’s . Youth exchange is based on young people communication, collaboration, initiative and creativity. We wanted to help young people to discover and know themselves, improve perceptual abilities, confidence, to have experience and knowledge representing organization. Final project result – created interactive tool ,, Check and improve your creativity“, providing all young people with access to the Internet, can check your creativity and get tips on how to improve it. “It was job, holiday, experience, happiness, tears and incredible memories, it only takes 5 to describe that was my biggest challenge in my life” Julija Trumpickaitė “This project gave me the chance to challenge myself in the field of the organisation.
